We are currently located in Aldgate, in the Adelaide Hills, however we hope to move this space in late 2018/early 2019 into a production space on our property. The property will also be located in the Adelaide Hills, closer to Mt Barker.
We have a pick up option available, from Aldgate, on Friday evenings and some Saturday mornings. These details are arranged once a cake order is confirmed and we can find an agreed upon time for the pick up.
Our cakes for our stockists are delivered via Iannace, a refrigerated courier company, and yes they do deliver across SA. However, if you are in the outer regions or on one of the peninsulas, we can find a way to get cakes delivered to you via Iannace, but it just requires a few weeks notice, so that we can confirm all of the information needed to schedule the delivery.
If you’re buying an event cake or assorted party packs, they can be stored in the fridge for up to four days. If you have any left over cake pieces they can be frozen, and kept frozen for up to three months. Once defrosted for the second time, the cake must be eaten within two days of defrosting.
Styled event cakes with fresh flowers on top must be kept in the fridge at all times. They can be displayed at your event for up to one hour before slicing and serving.
Gently remove all of the flowers and any additional piping used to secure a flower, before slicing.
For our raw style cakes, use a large, heated, sharp knife. The knife may need to be dipped in hot water + then dried every few slices.
If provided, serve each slice with a tablespoon of coulis or sauce + enjoy!
The cakes can be frozen for up to 3 months in a container, or kept in the fridge in their box or in a container for up to four days.
Absolutely! All our cakes, no matter what flavor/style are ALL Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free and Paleo friendly (meaning they also don’t contain soy or grains).

Generally, we ask for 7-14 days minimum for bespoke cake orders. If you are wanting something simple in design, and single tiered, you can shop on our website for a range of our cakes that can be ordered each week and delivered on Fridays, weekly.
