This workshop is for the shameless dessert lover! All chocoholics welcome.


Whether you’re a seasoned foodie, or a bit of a newbie to the vegan dessert world, we have created a workshop that is going to teach you valuable skills and techniques to make delicious, balanced plant based desserts using healthy ingredients.


I have gathered up over five years of cake making experience (and three years of running a cake biz) to bring you this comprehensive and hands on workshop!

DATE: Saturday, June 29th, 2019

WHEN: 2.45pm – 5.15pm

WHERE: 23 Maldon St, Mount Barker

DURATION: 3  hours


In this workshop, you will learn how to make:

Handmade chocolate

Chocolate ganache (which we will use to make some truffles and cake bites)

Date caramel (for piping and to put into the “cake bites”)

Chocolate piping mix

Cookie dough (for eating and future baking!)


THEN after learning all of the above, you will receive a 10cm (in diameter) cake tier (made especially for you) to decorate!


You will come away from your workshop experience with the following:

A delicious memory of vegan dessert making

A digital copy of all the recipes learned for you to practice and play with at home!

A loaded small dessert box with the treats you made

A mini cake that you decorated yourself

DIETARY INFORMATION // Please be advised that this workshop uses ingredients that are all gluten free, dairy free, vegan friendly and refined sugar free. We will be using a lot of products that contain nuts and seeds though, so if you have a nut or seed allergy, this workshop will not be suitable for you. *light nibbles and sparkling mineral water will be served during the workshop*


REFUND POLICY // If you can’t make it to the workshop you have booked into, and you let me know 7-10 days prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 7 days leading up to the workshop will not receive a refund. If you can not attend and you wish to sell your ticket to a friend, please notify me you have done so via email, at [email protected] so I know to expect someone else for your ticket and workshop reservation.
