All cakes listed are plant based; gluten free, dairy free, vegan friendly. They contain a variety of nuts and seeds, and are not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.

16CM ROUND – 12 – 16 triangular slices OR 18 – 22 square slices
20CM ROUND – 18 – 20 triangular slices OR 30 – 35 square slices

FLAVOUR DESCRIPTION:
Carrot Cake: Baked carrot cake with walnut. Topped with a lemon icing, and a crown of edible blooms and dehydrated lemon pieces
Chocolate Cake: Baked chocolate cake, topped with chocolate icing and a brown of toasted nuts and chocolate chunks
Snickerz Cheesecake: Crunchy almond coconut base. Creamy Peanut filling, with lashings of caramel inside. Topped with chocolate piping and a toasted peanut crumb
Raspberry Vanilla Cheesecake: Crunchy almond coconut base, Creamy vanilla cashew creme layer, with fresh raspberry pieces inside. Zingy raspberry creme layer. Topped with a crown of vanilla piping and edible blooms
Lemon Cheesecake: Crunchy almond coconut base, with pistachios crumb, Creamy lemon cashew creme layer. Topped with a crown of vanilla piping, dehydrated lemon slices and edible blooms
Nutella Cheesecake: Crunchy almond base, and a decadent chocolate hazelnut filling with lashings of caramel on the inside of the filling. Topped with a crown of chocolate piping, cacao nibs and toasted nut crumb
