Bright & Beautiful Tarts Workshop – Morning – Nov 16th

Come one come all, and enjoy our new workshop theme for SPRING 2019!

“Bright & Beautiful” is all about celebrating the fresh produce of Spring (aka BERRIES!) mixed with a little bit of chocolate decadence!

I will be showing you some fundamental plant based recipes to create the perfect spring tarts! But I also know that a few of you are a little chocolate and caramel obsessed, which is why I have included the caramel and chocolate mousse tart in the mix.

Each attendee will learn how to make :

A vanilla shortbread-like tart base
Raspberry Chia jam
Salted Caramel
Chocolate mousse filling
And a fresh berry mousse filling!

You will also get the opportunity to decorate a collection ofย  FOUR of your own mini tarts to take home and show off to your friends and family (or hide them and eat them yourself!!) ๐Ÿ˜‰

PLUS you will receive an incredible goodies bag, filled with gifts and vouchers from local South Australian Businesses in the food industry as well as Health and Wellness industry. Refreshments will also be provided during the workshop.

Time: 9.30am – 11.30am (The workshop duration is 1.5-2 hours, depending on the group)
Cost per person: $120 per person

Each person will have the opportunity to take home their own mini tarts that they made and decorated themselves. Each attendee will receive a PDF of the recipes provided on the day, to take home and use for their own personal dessert adventures!

*** Please note the workshop recipes are fully plant based and 100% gluten free, vegan friendly, using ingredients that are whole foods based and refined sugar free. We will be using a variety of nuts and seeds. This event is not suitable for anyone with nut allergies ***
