Come one come all, and enjoy our Tart workshops!

This Summer’s Tart Worhshop is all about celebrating the fresh produce mixed with a little bit of chocolate decadence!

I will be showing you some fundamental plant based recipes to create the perfect berry tarts! But I also know that a few of you are a little chocolate and caramel obsessed, which is why I have included the caramel and chocolate mousse tart recipes in the mix.

Each attendee will learn how to make :

A vanilla shortbread-like tart base
Raspberry Chia jam
Salted Caramel
Chocolate mousse filling
And a fresh berry mousse filling!

You will also get the opportunity to make and decorate your own whole tarts (23cm in diameter) to take home and show off to your friends and family (or hide them and eat them yourself!!) πŸ˜‰

Time: Choose from 3 session times : 9.30am, 12.30pm and 3.30pm in the drop down menu above
Duration per workshop : 2 hours
Cost per person: $150 per person

Each attendee will receive a PDF of the recipes provided on the day, to take home and use for their own personal dessert adventures!

*** Please note the workshop recipes are fully plant based and 100% gluten free, vegan friendly, using ingredients that are whole foods based and refined sugar free. We will be using a variety of nuts and seeds. This event is not suitable for anyone with nut allergies ***
